So adding to my busy life of work, kids, etc ., I started eating low carb, not keto, just cut out alot of carbs from my diet. That was over 1 1/2 years ago. I had stomach issues before I went low carb. I no longer have stomach problems, and have kept my weight the same. Lost about 10 to 15 lbs in the beginning. Now just maintaining my weight. One of my favorite snacks with mini bell peppers.
