Can Anyone Relate?

So my boss has informed us all that if we call in sick on a Mon. , Wed., or a Sat. we cannot use our sick time. So therefore we will not get paid ! Seriously ? How ridiculous is that! We can’t choose what days to get sick !? His way of getting at you is always throwing the, you will not get paid, at you. Do any of your bosses do such stupid things ? Talk about control issues!!
